Im searching for a PAR/PUR meter to find out whats the best location for my haworthia under my 4 x 54w T5 HO 6500k.

I chance upon a company which specialize in test meter however i need some advice here if the meter reallys fit what im looking for.

1. My question is PAR/PUR meter also referred as UVAB meter?

2. The meter 's measuring range is it what we are looking for in a PAR/PUR meter? and lastly the wavelength show 290~390nm, is it the wavelength for T5?
