Concern about Quality

I am very interested in this mini pendant for my MBA remodel, however, am concerned with the comment from a previous customer regarding the 'cheap' quality, coupled with the restocking fee for return. I would like to order (3) lights but don't want to be penalized if the quality requires me to return the items.
