I think you're going about this the wrong way. Even if you found the exact color this homeowner used, it is unlikely to look the same in your house with your walls, lighting, etc. Also, a lot of these professional photographs are the result of some manipulation in terms of exposure and white balance, which really alters the way a color looks on screen. I'd go grab a stack of neutral gray paint chips at the paint store and see what works best in your space with this inspiration in mind.
