My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Tory Chapman, thats a Plain Sawn grain Oak floor. The finish looks site applied and custom. Rubio Monocoat oil in Super White will give you a similar look.

    The floor in this photo is 5" Red Oak with a custom stain and satin gloss. The wood is from Horizon Forest, the stain is 4-to-1 mix of Classic Gray & Ebony from Minwax, and poly is Bona Mega. Hope this helps!
