Any good specialty painter or finisher can pull this off. Each has their own line of products that they prefer to use and like I said, it is a multi-colored process. By that, I mean that the color you see is not any one of the colors used but the result of looking at color through color since each layer is semi-transparent and brushed through. This is what makes it more like a living finish (think wood, granite, steel) which are, in reality, many colors.
