A 48" round table should fit but you may want to make sure by taping off the size of the table so that you can make sure you have enough room for getting in and out of chairs.

I think a banquette could work nicely in the space.

30” cafe table would be a bout right this is a small space , how mant y people do you want to fit , IMO you should have changed the footprint to give you a larger kitchenwith some seating at a counter
