Need help with sunroom window treatments

I need help finding an option for window treatments on this
sunroom window. My original plan was to hang woven wood shades on the three separate
windows, and leave the top window open. But from talking with a window treatment specialist, she says it is
not possible. The piece separating the three windows from the top decorative
window is metal. It is a part of the windows itself and is not able to be
drilled into without compromising the integrity of the windows or the warranty.
The 3 windows are 105 inches wide and she says it is too big to put any sort of
plate across to use as an anchor. It will bow after some time. I would prefer
to stay away from traditional drapes because I don’t want to cover the top
window nor do I want that much fabric. Does anyone have an alternative for me??
I appreciate any advice/assistance.

Do you want something for privacy or just to dress up the window?

Just to dress up the window. The yard faces a forest preserve, so it is already pretty private.

Hi 0280hallerk,

Any drapery that would be made to a size to cover that width
would need a support bracket in the middle of the hardware.

We recommend one of two solutions:

A roller shade - this would be installed
with one bracket on either side of the window frame and still be stable enough
without bowing.

Drapery installed above the entire window
(as high as your ceilings will allow/below the pitched ceiling). This option
would have a support bracket in the middle, but the drapery would meet and
overlap at the support. This option would give the illusion of a larger space
from a design perspective.
