Need help choosing chalk paint color for console tables

Hi there! I am having two console tables made for each side of my fireplace (thanks to all your great advice!). I will be purchasing Annie Sloan chalk paint to paint them next week. I was originally going to go with a cream colour, but looking at my living room, I am wondering if I should bring some color into it.. Attached is an image of a table similar to the ones. I had made, and pics of my living room. If a color is better, I can then bring in some pillows... to accent the room. Any advice would be appreciated!

It may be my monitor, but I’m seeing a lot of green tone in the Chateau Gray, so wouldn’t suggest that unless you are wanting more green in the room. I do think the French Linen is neutral enough to allow you to introduce other colors with your accessories. The Country Gray is pretty, too.

I'd choose the Chateau Gray or the French Linen.

To balance that side of the room with the dark gray sofa, I'd choose chateau gray.

I'm not affiliated with this company at all but can I suggest you consider Heirloom chalk paints? We have a consignment shop locally that uses, sells and teaches classes for them. Beautiful colors with some amazing results. There's also a tutorial on their site. I like that they are US made in Kentucky as well.

Lukkirish - Those colours are beautiful. However, I live in Ontario, Canada and the closest retailer is 8 hours away :( that is too bad because I like their colors a lot.

Yes I am trying to stay away from the greens. I have had various tones of greens for the last 20 years lol. I finally got away from them when I repainted my house in BM Grant beige. I really like the country gray as well. Just wasn't sure if I would be keeping things dull or not. I guess the whole room will flow.. Thanks for your suggestions.

Oops, I read the chart incorrectly. I meant Country Gray. The Chateau Gray is definitely green.
