Sorry it took so long. Had to find the file and get the information for you. Its Basalt Tile Honed 12 x 24 Lava Griege . This came from Global Tile Design in SF.

Have you heard of any problems with the basalt staining? Or other maintenance issues? We are considering for a large mudroom but are concerned with these issues.

We haven't had an issues with it on this project. This is the only one we have used it on so far.
