My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

After the rain, etc.!

We do not have a shortage of rainfall at this time, but after two weeks of relentless heat and humidity I'm sure my roses benefitted from the 1.5 inches of rain we received overnight!
