Big bathroom, lone toilet

Any ideas on our new condo bathroom's large, not great use of space bathroom? I thought about dry walling toilet in, switching washer/dryer door to open from left side and replacing small tub/shower combo with just a walk in shower. Condos mostly occupied by older folks and no kids, that I have seen. So, maybe eliminating bathtub is not the resale kiss of death?

so, a total redo. i'd live with it for 6 months while you formulate a plan that fixes every issue, including ones you dont even realize you have yet.

oh and i'm happy to sign your permission slip to get rid of your tub.

What is the point of changing the door swing on the W/D? Can't really tell if you have room to wall in the toilet and have it not be claustrophobic or have too many doors swinging into main space. If you won't use the tub, I think changing it out to nice tiled and glassed in walk-in shower would be a nice improvement.

I like the idea of a walk in shower instead of tub. Suggest changing the door on the laundry to a pair of doors, maybe louvered. Not sure about the size of the wc space, but agree the toilet looks strange over there. If you don't have room for a wall, how about frosted glass panel(s)?

May I suggest Universal Design? Your huge bathroom has the space for it. Yes, a no-curb shower with proper wall stud blocking for future grab-bar installation (take photos before the walls are enclosed...the same with the WC area). Frosted glass panels are a brilliant solution for privacy. Future (older) buyers will pay more for these enhancements if marketed correctly.
