The handle tips out to turn on and front to back for hot and cold. We currently have one in-stock in chrome. However, if you are looking for polished nickel we would have to order it from Delta. Normally we can order them out of Delta and have them arrive to our warehouse the following business day if the order is placed prior to Delta's cut off time for shipment (2:30PM EST). This would be based on the availability at the factory at the time the order is placed.

The touch version of that model would be model#: 64025LF-PC (chrome) or 64025LF-PN (polished nickel). We have sold just one of the touch models and have not had any feed back on it. I would recommend doing an internet search (yahoo, google, bing, etc) for that item model number "64025LF-PC+ review" or "64025LF-PN+ review".
