The lavender one looks familiar, but I have not grown it so the name is not readily available to me. I'm pretty sure that's a fairly common Dutch variety available at big box stores... Similar picts have been posted on this forum before. Wait.... Blue Sky, Sky Blue or something like that?

The pink one might be anything. Too hard to tell by that image.

It's tough to put correct names on unknown dahlias, as there are over 4 thousand named varieties on the books and millions of seedlings, unnamed sports and reverted/junk dahlias. There were over two thousand named varieties for market in the U.S. this spring. Most serious hobbiests do not keep any dahlia that they aren't 100% sure of its name. Part of the hobby is collecting and keeping track of the names.

With that said, be sure to let folks know you are not sure if the name is correct if you trade or gift to other growers.

That is a straight cactus that has gone open centered... If all the blooms open this way, I would trash it as its regressed and will not go back to double blooms with a tight center. It would not be even close to a showable bloom.

As you are new to growing dahlias, this might be desirable to you, but it makes me wince. ;-) Grow what makes you happy, though.
