The walls here are in fact wallpaper from Ulf Moritz which sadly is no longer available, however there are similar metallic finish papers available from a number of suppliers such as Sahco Hesslein or Romo.

There are a number of metallic paint ranges, for instance http://www.craigandrose.com/finish/metallic, but your walls would need to be super flat and imperfection free for these to work, it would be more economical to use a metallic paper. Or you can achieve similar effects with Armourcoat specialist plaster or Perlata, but these specialist applications can be quite expensive.

You can try Smoky Ash by Benjamin Moore, a very similar color to these walls. I painted my bedroom in it. Love it.
