Kitchen counter help

I am making myself (and my husband!!) crazy trying to decide on kitchen counters. We are doing white cabinets on the perimeter, and dark cherry wood island. The floor tile will be a medium grey, with a white beveled subway tile backsplash. The perimeter counters will be Caesarstone Pebble Grey 4030. I would say our style is Transitional. Here is a picture of the cabinet doors, the beveled subway tile, the Pebble Grey, and the floor tile. Also on this page is a sample of Berwyn and Lagoon (which we have ruled out). We are going with the handles at the bottom of the picture.

I am torn between a couple of quartz options for the island. I love
Cambria Brittanicca for it's large dramatic movement, but then I love
the marble feel I get from Cambria Torquay, Caesarstone Frosty Carrina
and Silestone Lyra.

Here are my samples: Large one on the left is Brittanicca, top middle is
Frosty Carrina, top right is Silestone Lyra, middle grey is Pebble
Grey, Torquay to the right of Pebble Grey, and at the bottom is Organic
white (used to judge whiteness).

Looking for advice, and also, if anyone has used any of those counters in their home, are you happy? Photos? Thanks everyone!!
