I have heard for 10-30-60 rule for colors that states that in the house there should be three main colors, one taking 60%, second 30% and accent color taking 10% of "space".

Does this include neutrals also?

for example, if I paint my walls and ceiling white, put wooden floor and most of furniture (brown-ish) and fill with plants (green) - would that be according the rules?

Or that rule applies only for real colors?
