Your electrician will find the box in the ceiling that supports this fixture is rated for a certain amount of power. He can probably split that into two boxes, and you can hang pendants at each end of the old box - LED has plenty of candle power . . easy to convert the number .and great to get rid of old fluorescents . . just a little skim coat on the old ceiling under the box and quick paint touch up and you are in business.
