I often think one should play up a colour one can't get away from but in this case I think drowning in a sea of lavender would be a bit much. My best paint advice would be to match the grout on the wall tiles as closely as possible. You might play up the smokey pinks in the tiles with towels and other accessories.

Add a gorgeous green plant in a silver container -- perhaps between the two hand basins.

A pale gray for walls with no obvious undertones would be Sherwin Williams "Worldly" Gray. You could then use charcoal gray towels and bath rugs. The silver accents mentioned above sound perfect!

I agree with the previous commenters; a pale grey would work nicely. Alternatively, you could play around with light beiges or cream colors.

If that's your floor tile in the first picture that is really quite multi colored. Pull one of the less lavender colors out and use that. Stick to the cooler, less beige colors. Yellow is the compliment to lav. That will heighten the look. I would lean to cool grays if you go that route. A true neutral gray really would do much I don't think.

@emmarene, Right. Those warm wood tones probably aren't helping the cause.

I think painting the cabinet navy or dark grey would draw less attention to it.

I actually don't mind the tile. Light grey walls would look great.
