Have you been getting all the rain like others in your area? with the high heat? We need some more info to help you. The pics are great help. This is not the first time the tree has bloomed right? How old is it? Can we see a pic of the caudex. That way we can see how much room your tree has to grow in. Is the caudex soft or has it changed colors? What kind of soil mix do you have it in. It needs to be quick draining. When it is blooming do you place it in semi shade so the blooms last longer? When was the last time you re-potted? Sorry for all the questions. Your tree seems in fairly good shape we just need to make it better.
