My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Plant Id Please. This odd tree is in SW Florida

It looks like a big apple tree from a distance, but there ain't no apples in Florida!

I cut into it, so here are 2 pictures. I have lived here since 1989 and never saw such a tree before!
