We just moved into our new construction home 2 months ago and had Shadow Storm installed in our kitchen. I was told by the stone supplier that it is not as hard as granite but harder than marble. We are super careful to clean up any messes and don't have many things on the counters. We noticed from day one that it scratches super easily and already have quiet a few scratches throughout. The bottom of a glass beer bottle caused a scratch. Our laptop caused a few big scratches. Our dishes have caused a few scratches. I guess I was expecting the staining and etching but not how easily it scratches. Is this normal? I feel like I can't set anything on our counters.
