Is this gate wood or vinyl?

I'm looking for a driveway gate in similar design. Slanting bottom requires 12" rise across 14 foot wide gate. Can you do this in a single swinging gate? Will you work on a project in Fallbrook, CA?? I also need 2 pedestrian gates to match, and a pergola.
