Looks like some kind of mold problem. How about the plant itself ?How is the weather ? temperatures and humidity ?

Can you post a close up picture of the plant ?

And , maybe you did leave them on the vine too long !!

Here in SE Pa. things have been incredibly humid. We're talking 'real feel' of 110-115C. and I've got Powdery Mildew all over my Zucchini.

The deer have destroyed most of my tomatoes which make this a real bummer as I was counting on these to do better.

This is an Early Girl. My Roma, San Marzano, Brandywine, and Jersey's were doing great until they JUST started to ripen. Then, the deer had a party. They pretty much trashed the plants.

This was my first garden in many years. I tried a couple of raised beds this time and wasn't sure how the deer would treat things. Now I know.

I agree with Sey that we need more information. Lots of potential causes, possibly multiple. Are there other symptoms on the plant, on foliage etc.? Does any damage show up on green fruit? Based only on that fruit, I'd guess anthracnose, flower thrips, and stinkbugs. But it could be a lot of things.
