If you have more rooms to decorate than you can handle, then keep it. Put it in the room and when you come up for air after moving in, you can revisit whether you like it or not in the room.

I love it. I'm not sure it goes well with the new bed, though.

KEEP IT! You will pay a small fortune for a solid wood dresser! If you don't like it in the room, just store it somewhere. I would in the long run paint it and change out the knobs to update it. Dressers like this are valuable storage in bedrooms, dining rooms, family rooms...endless uses!! If you really don't want it - SELL IT!

I would paint it, you could crackle finish it so as it doesnt look so oak and not match. The bed seems more light since its not a wood frame, so I think finishing the dresser in some other finish beside a solid paint color would look great. Antiqued or crackle.

Susan make a great point. This particular dresser would make a great TV console, dining room sideboard, entry way storage, linen storage or room divider. It's a nice, classic, well made piece.
