Is the railing wrought iron? Where is the railing from? Is there a name for the style/design or is it custom? Thanks!

Its a custom railing from a local fabricator in Nashville. Its a wrought iron railing with a satin black powder coat finish. The posts are 2" square with a ball cap at the top. The handrail flares out slightly towards the bottom step and has a long lambs tongue down the bottom post.
