I would paint the body of the shed a green or brown to blend in with the landscape. I'd paint the window a bright contrast color. I'd get rid of the chain link. And if you're feeling especially ambitious, get rid of the concrete beside the shed. I believe your vine is a variety of clematis. I have this at my home and agree that it is lovely. A gift from my neighbor. It established itself very quickly from a small piece. So I suggest placing a trellis on the side of your shed and transplant the vine so it will grow on the trellis. For even more charm, add a window box.
