Our rabbit liked having a rug in the bathroom to lay on. We lost her last Tuesday, missing her so much.

My feet like a cushy, washable rug in front of my sink. No rugs near the toilet. Washable bath mat outside the shower to keep from slipping.

I have a 5x8 hand knotted Persian rug in my master bath. I have never had a problem and it has been down for years. It gets sent out for cleaning as needed. I also use a bath mat out side the shower and it is taken up after use.

A good rug in front of the sink feels good on the feet, prevents falls and adds color!

Can't imagine not having a rug in front of the sinks to keep my toes warm in the winter! And it prevents slipping as Judy Dixon mentioned and is a good way to add and change out color.

I buy the washable ones, and ones that don't make you trip. I also don;t want to slip on any water or feel the cold floor lol.

Only if there is a tub or shower. Not in a powder room.

Ok I'm going to be a bit blunt. With men in the home, I'd rather have the "man splatter" on a washable rug around the toilet than embedded in the grout that can never get fully cleaned out.

Have always used slip-resistant washable rugs in bathrooms. Love tile floors, but they are cold and slippery when wet.

I like real rugs in the kitchen and bath. I try to get indoor/outdoor rugs. however if the scale of the rug does not work for getting out of the bath or shower, I'll have a bath mat to use. I just love rugs (and lamps) (I don't have children so I don't gave to worry about water on the floors)

Both! Our most recent project did not have any rugs in the master bathroom. Just the beautiful white tile floor to walk on.

Absolutely, I don't want to slip on the tile floor.
