What is the height of the mirror including the rope is the mirror just 26 round?

    The mirror is 26 round. The size including the rope 39h x 26w.

      Can this rope be retied to adjust the overall height to be less than 39?

      We do not recommend re-tying the rope, as it is used to hang the mirror.

      Are the small rivets on the Mirror also black or are they silver?

      They are a distressed antique bronze finish. The distressing will vary for each mirror.
