Just purchased a new home and my husband and I are trying to decide what to do with the kitchen. Sorry for the bad angle, not shown is the island (which is an awkward shape and needs to be replaced) and the island also holds the stove. I would prefer to relocate the stove next to the refrigerator opening but then feel that I run into a venting issue and will have to shorten the cabinets above the stove. We are going with gray and white color scheme, white cabinets and granite counter tops. The cabinets themselves are in good condition but I don't love the door style of the upper doors. Do you think my best option is repainting these cabinets, repainting AND getting new doors or replacing them? Also planning to replace this penninsula with cabinets and countertop, with a bar height counter.
