The pale gray with white gives you a lot of options, but you may want to take into account the pale reds and purple undertones in your pavers. I can see a:

May I say, carefully . . you don't want too much hardscape against the front of the house . . hard surface to hard vertical surface needs to be minimal at steps . . pavers to house need the softness of green before they get out of control .. you can put planters back on top but then you've paid for pavers and planters that you didn't need.
