Converting 2 baths into one- Help, please!

This is what I had...and I loved it. ( you can see my "style" in my album Fort Collins House if you want...) Very sadly, moved to Charlotte, and now trying to remodel another ranch home. And we don't have endless money nor an amazing contactor like I did in Fort Collins.

the above was the wet bath, a closet turned into full shower, tub and sink. ;)

and this was the downstairs bath

Now, I have a total space of 13'4x11'4" to make two bathrooms. Currently it IS two baths, but the master is 5x6 and the guest is a messy -way- too- big with a lot of wasted space. Issue is creating a nice enough space for flow and ease of use. As you can tell, I prefer clean, light and easy to clean. Currently, these are far from that!

Am thinking the master will be 11 x 7'6". So, long, and narrow- not ideal. There will be no way to have a window in the guest bath, will add a solartube like the one in the middle of this picture above and the guest will be 8' 4" x 4'4". Master will have the bathtub and separate shower, and guest will have only a tiled, likely open/wet room shower. Things I think of... don't want to see the toilet when you open the door, sound- or rather keeping sound contained, and ease of cleaning. Additionally, we are NOT currently constrained by room shape, so even doing an L shape might work. Now is the time to think about it, as we have not taken a sledge to the walls yet.

You DID add correctly- there is an area that has a closet that takes up part of the guest bath. I am stealing a bit from a closet (actually, three, but not worried about this.)

Can't wait to hear your ideas!!
