I am trying to help my aged parents "fix up" their house as best as possible to make it "semi-decent". They haven't had it painted in about 25 years, it's a very old house (about 80-90 yrs) and they just never took care of it. Cracks ALL over, etc. it's a small house. Estimate is $6,600. Anyway, here's the problem: several of the upstairs bedrooms have partially curved ceilings down one wall. So whatever color I choose for the ceiling has to go down the wall. White? YUK! What do I do? Was thinking of painting the whole house a light tan with all white trim. Thanks in advance.
