What about IKEA's Stockholm mirror (walnut veneer)? Then a white glass light fixture (simple bar about the width of your counter) above the mirror?

Since you're not using a storage cabinet you can put up a Louis XIV gilt mirror if you want. I'd say either use your imagination and put up something you really like or, since the design is somewhat minimalist, just use a large frameless mirror or one with a simple frame that matched the vanity base and adhere it directly to the wall.

Large wood framed mirror, and put sconces on either side of the tile, at eye level.

What have you chosen for lighting? I ask before I respond to a choice of mirror.

I would go with a contrasting ornate mirror - not a simple mirror. Your bathroom looks great so far.

You have sleek and modern elements in your bath. Continue on with the mirrors. I went to a frame shop and chose the exact frame to compliment the bronze sconces and brushed nickel fixtures. The frame shops have so many more choices for mirrors and you can have it made to the exact size you need. The price was no more than something from Wayfair, etc.
