My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Almost nothing blooming here now

With as many daylilies as we have on the property, you would think we would have a few blooming today. Sadly, there are only 2, both seedlings. One wasn't worth wadding through the weeds to look at it. It is in a bed that should have been moved off last season, but we didn't get around to it. This one has terrible sepals, but it is colorful. It is Last Man Standing X Lady Stephanie Victoria Redding. I think this is its first scape, not a rebloom. Both parents are registered as late so it makes sense.
