I wouldn't choose them. Their quality control and finishes are just not good. The paint has issues, and the stains are mostly toners to mask the quality of the wood that they use. The numerous damaged cabinets that arrive on site take forever to get replaced.

15K is pretty low for a kitchen and two baths, and the typical wants of someone reading Houzz. It's entry level, and Timberlake does match that level of budget/quality.

You might do Ikea and DIY. Or you might revise the design and remove any tall cabinets, glass, enclosed refrigerator, and minimize drawer stacks. Those are extras that cost extra.

Or revise your budget, or desired product level.
