I love your backsplash and granite, they go together quite nicely. I happen to like the oil-rubbed bronze drawer and door hardware as I think it gives a good contrast to the lightness of the cabinets. I would consider changing out the faucet to ORB as well and adding some much need color accents on your countertops. Excellent choices so far, imo.

If you went grey, I'd recommend a darker grey with blue undertones. I think lighter grey would look too "institutional." Blue(navy) walls look really sharp with warm stained cabinets. I like the idea of orange too, as mentioned in a previous comment, but maybe just as a small accent decor Found this picture online of blue/grey walls

I was looking at photos here on houzz and while the cabinets aren't the same color at all, you can see how the white vase, flowers, and fruit ( do apples) look nice together.

Hi, I completely understand losing sleep over design concerns. I like the counter and the glass tile. Nice choice and the green tones compliment the natural maple.

Maple is a beautful wood, I think the white appliances are throwing the overall look which would really look good if replaced with the stainless steal look, but if you're on a budget I understand.

I don't think I'd introduce another color, I think I would find a darker green that compliments the counters and the tile you put in. Then I'd would go with the silver hardware (it looks really good).

I wouldn't accent in white because it brings attention to the white appliances, I would personally go with orange and chrome (silver)....

I agree about the white appliances. It will look very pulled together with stainless (someday!:). In the meantime keep it simple. I think your backsplash outlet covers would look better if they matched the backsplash color in tone. Maybe swap those out for stainless when the appliances are afforded. I don't think grey walls would work all that great. Maybe just a clean clear white to help tie in your appliances for now. And I am not a fan of a lot of decorations on the counters.

I think the stainless pulls in your second pic give a cleaner look. Much less busy. If you change to stainless appliances in the future, consider a counter depth refrigerator as the current one looks pretty bulky. Counters and backsplash are fine, and lack of clutter is great.

Like the stainless or maybe pewter pulls, and grey with green undertone for walls, which will compliment your cabinets. Or bring accent colors in like burnt reds, oranges, blues.
