Brooklyn Kitchen Remodel

This original kitchen needed a complete gut remodel. As the designer, I removed everything including the concrete slab floor. That increased the ceiling height by 1 1/2". I was able to give the client maximum storage space including a pantry, an appliance garage, roll out corner cabinets, a pull out spice rack and a tray base. We added under cabinet lighting and the client chose the backsplash tiles to compliment. We are almost completed and a world away from where we started. Budget 25K-30K in including cabinets, counters, contractor, appliances, lighting all materials, flooring, and even some hallway cabinetry.
