Thank you for responding. We need to do an overlay then stain. And so far the only person I found who does this kind if work is not licensed.

Please look into the resources I've given you. Unlicensed contractors are often uninsured, definitely not bonded and if there is a dispute...unless you are holding the cash, you don't have a legal leg to stand on. I have contacts in the North Bay and can help as far south as the Peninsula. I sent you the referrals I had for the greater Bay Area. More specific is possible.
