My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Can I exchange these curtains for the 96'?

The curtains received ended up being too short. Is it possible to send the curtains we have back in exchange for the 96'?

    Unfortunately, we do not have the 96" in stock. You can always return the 84" and order the 96" when it's back in stock.

    When do you think they will be back in stock? If I return now, what will the penalty fees be for the return. Since I am purchasing another set, I was hoping to just pay the difference in cost.

    There is no return fee other than customer pays for return. As long as the product comes back to us in good condition you should be fine with the penalty fee.

    At this time we do not know the exact arrival date for 96". We apologize for the inconvenience.
