How are the pull tabs on heavy doors?

I assume the cabinet on the far right of the sink is either a trash bin or a dishwasher. How does that pull tab feel on something so heavy? I'm shopping for pulls now and have been debating whether to get a more heavy duty handle for our concealed dishwasher.
