I see. My concern is that if the bottom edge is sharp, it will scratch my marble counter. I had to return my last tissue box due to that. Can you explain how the bottom edges are finished? Are they sharp?

Thank you very much for your new question. The bottom has 4 silicone pads, attached to each bottom corner, to avoid scratches and movement.

Is there any possible way to send me a picture of what the bottom looks like with the pads? I just spent a lot of money repolishing my counter from the last incident so want to be very sure before I buy the tissue box

As promised please find attached the image of the bottom for this tissue box cover. I have checked with our product manager, and this is a new design, which is not bottomless and comes with the adhesive pads. The finish is polished Chrome. Let me know should you have any further questions.
