My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Too many light fixtures to choose from

I think I've browsed too much for light fixtures (dark bronze) for over my dining room table. I can't decide. Have thought of Hinkley Mondrian (too square?) or Kichler Loom. I am not terribly keen on traditional chandeliers but any inspirations or ideas welcome. The room is open concept; metal tables and lamps in the LR also dark bronze. Apologize for picture quality.
