Mounting really long bulbs

I'd like to overwinter the pineapple tops my kids rooted this Spring (we live in NJ).

I have several really high lumen bulbs which are 12 or so inches long. I purchased clamp-on work lights which don't really clamp well (they pinch at the end: http://www.homedepot.com/p/150-Watt-Incandescent-Clamp-Light-HD-300PDQ/205031467)

What I'd like to do is mount 4 of these bulbs on a board so that they aim directly down and suspend them over the plants (there will be a few figs also).

Anyone have any ideas for the best way to do this since I'm technically incompetent?

Thanks

Andrew
