I always feel that is a kitchen is not all that big then it will appear larger if the countertops are the same color. I would do all in the snowy white and then do some pops of color or contrast with accessories that can be changed with trends.

A, it is a small area, let it match.

I never choose backsplash until counters are installed to be honest and in this space IMO a white subway tile will just be one more white pretty boring . I like the island to be a show stopper in most kitchens and so i would do the gray on the perimeter since it is very plain and then a white marble look on the island if all the cabinets including the island are gray

Definitely A. The white will help lighten up the space.
