Pls Help me Decide with my Kitchen Space Area

Hi!!

I have this dilemma about where to place and how to structure my
kitchen space before my apartment gets actually developed, as it hasn't
been built yet, and so, for now I still have chance to modify and do
any structural changes in my apartment.

Actually I have an open plan
kitchen/living dining, and I do have a 3rd option where to place the
kitchen from the ones I will show here. In the 2 options I'm showing
here, the kitchen is placed at the back of my open plan space, and thus
in the 2 scenarios, the living/dining area will be at the front of my
open space.

In the 3rd option, my kitchen can be placed at the very front of my
open plan, that is close to the terrace, but I decided to rule out this,
as I prefer to place my living/dining area at the front of the open
space.

So what do you guys think? Would you rather prefer to dedicate the space for my kitchen as shown in Option 1 or as in Option 2? And do you think I'm taking the right decision by placing the kitchen as shown in the 2 options shown above, that is at the back of my plan, and not as described in the 3rd option, to place it at the front of my open plan, close to the front terrace?

Pls help! any kind of feedback will be greatly appreciated.

IMO the kitchen space where it is will be almost impossible to get all the stuff you need into it I think you have a huge amount of wasted space in this unit with that hall area I enter my house to the DR and the kitchen is visible from there IMO I would want a larger kitchen than what you have there so i would put the DR there then the kitchen and the LR at the front

Thanks for your feedback Patricia, and sorry for my late reply but I was on vacation abroad and I only returned yesterday,

Together with the architect, finally we decided to go for Option 1 shown above, but we decided to further enlarge the kitchen wall originally indicated above as 1.1 metre to 1.3 metre (extra space will be taken from the main bathroom and from the ensuite), thus enabling us to have also a side window on this wall, and which will be overlooking the kitchen top and more importantly, this also permits to have a kitchen island in the open space just in front the wall measuring 1.67m, just parallel to it, in that open space area of the kitchen, which will include the hob and a working top, and a storage space beneath the island. Plumbing services will all be installed with the 2.2m wall indicated in Option 1 above.

Hope this makes sense. What I'm after is to have a practical kitchen.
