My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Covered over area

HI, I love the covered over area. We are looking for something similar. I'm not sure what to put on the roof. What did you use? did you find it goo?

    Hi Frances,

    thank you for your question, due to a long holiday I haven't been checking our houzz profile for a while. Thanks for your patience.

    The cover is made of shadow cloth/shadow sail, custom made for the right size. The sail is not waterproof, so there won't be the risk of collecting water on top. That's the most important thing to take into account. If you want the cover to be waterproof, you could add something like polycarbonate on top.
