We are building a house are planning to use ceiling speakers for three of our rooms. My knowledge to wiring is very limited so please pardon me. I am learning all the new terms and it's been quite a learning process. I am here to seek some advice on whether the following plan would work in getting two zones to work.

Zone 1 (Kitchen Only)

Would like to use 5 of these speakers below. I assume these need a receiver to work? I also would like to connect a Chromecast Audio to it(will explain below) -

Zone 2(Dining & Living )

Would like to use 10 of these speakers below and a subwoofer. 5 of these would be in the living room where the TV is with a sub woofer and 5 of these would be in the dining. Also would like to hookup a CC Audio to it.

My question is what sort of a receiver should i buy and how many do i need to the make the above configuration work? 2 or 3? Most audio receivers that i see have a 4 speaker option.

I would also like to have an in wall volume control like here(https://www.amazon.com/Niles-VCS100K-Volume-Control/dp/B007N0TB14/ref=sr_1_2?s=aht&ie=UTF8&qid=1476301784&sr=1-2&keywords=in+wall+volume+control) and also have the ability to play music through the phone using Chromecast Audio. An added benefit of CC Audio would be to group two zones together so i can turn one on and the other off if need be.
