Thank you for contacting us. This specific Recliner is Top Grain Cobble Leather (Genuine Leather) real leather. It is not bonded leather. You can sit upright. There is a bar that you twist that reclines the chair so that you may fully lay back about a 45 degree angle. It can recline almost flat straight. After the item ships, it will take about 3-5 days upon arrival.

How much weight can this chair uphold?

I would like this chair to be delivered to my office on the third floor (there are elevators) after I purchase it. I may not be there at the time of delivery. Will this be a problem? Can the receptionist receive the item and guide the delivery person to my specific office?

Weight capacity: 280 pounds. As far as indoor delivery, we will check with the carrier, we usually don't offer that... And there might be an additional charge for that... Will find out details and contact your once the order gets processed on Monday.
