i will sorely miss this garden :(

I like the Peve Minaret that you keep shaped into a tight column. I've been wanting to try that.

What is the green globe in pic 3?

So many fantastic specimens! And great color combinations.

coniferbros... Picea glauca 'Humpty Dupty'. Introduced by Iseli Nursery. This plant was found as a witch’s broom on a dwarf Alberta spruce at the Nursery. The Peve Minaret is easy to do. Every Fall just strip off what's left of the remaining foliage after a good freeze. Your good to go again for next Spring.

Thanks steg.

I thought it looked familiar. I just planted one this spring. I'd be lying if I said the name had nothing to do with why I purchased it lol.

Thanks for the tip on the Peve Minaret. I think I'm going to look for a small one to try this technique on. The one I planted this spring is a bit larger (started as a #10 root prune container) and has pretty good side branching already.

Keep the pics coming. I'm going to miss them if you move!

Someone pass the napkins! My keyboard's sopping wet from drool... Fantastic. Your photos of your gardens are always beautiful

amazing colors and just amazing

Stunning Dave, positively stunning !

Your first photo in this thread is enchanting...

That 'Tollson's Blue Weeping' (pic 6) always steals the show for me. Such an elegant specimen.

Must be difficult to ship. Most of them in the nursery's are damaged.
