Florida Peach tree blooming in fall!?

The leaves on my tree started dropping and hurricane matthew finished the rest. A week later though the tree is sprouting new growth and it's blooming!!! What is happening here?! Does it mean I'll have two crops?

Apparently these particular examples have very low - perhaps effectively no - chill requirements.

Maybe.. my tree is a tropic snow peach and while it doesn't need much cold temps 45 and under, it never even got close to being as cold. The coldest it's been is 76 degrees.

I believe I have Tropic Snow too. I can't say for sure because the tag fell off at the nursery, but it is a low chill white peach. The nursery was selling other Tropic Snows. No "chill" here unless 75 degree nights count as chill.

My tree was marked tropic beauty but I guess they mislabeled. I wanted tropic snow at first but the nursery charged more. I guess I won hehe! I always heard 45 and below is chill time but 75?! Maybe since it was such a hot summer?
